This policy covers wavepublisher.app, the marketing site for Wave Publisher, a product of Wave Agency. Each publication or organization that runs on Wave Publisher publishes its own privacy policy for its own site and app.

Who we are

This site is operated by Wave Agency, 200 Broadhollow Road, Suite 207, Melville, NY 11747.

What we collect

When you book a demo we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email and organization, and, if you give them, your phone number, your website, the kind of organization you run and your message. We also record the IP address and browser (user agent) the request came from, to stop abuse of the form.

Browsing the rest of the site does not ask you for any information.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange a demo
• To prepare a proposal for your organization, if you ask for one
• To protect the form from spam and repeated automated submissions

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in a database on Cloudflare’s infrastructure (Cloudflare D1), which also serves this site. A copy of each request, without the IP address or browser details, is emailed to our team through Wave Agency’s email relay.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and carries no advertising trackers. It does use Google Analytics, and only that, so we can see which pages people read and whether the site is working: page views, rough location by country or region, and which site or search sent you. Nobody is identified by it. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit withGoogle’s own browser add-on.

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, reply to any email from our team or write to [email protected].

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
